Covid-19 Policy

 

Rebuild & Thrive are excited to announce we are open for in person appointments. The health of our clients is our top priority and can confirm the following infection prevention and control policies and procedures are in place.  Online consultations will continue as normal.  Please contact Michelle directly if you would like to book one of these.

  • Please come alone, where possible, without other family members.

  • If you feel unwell or have been in contact with anyone who has had Covid – 19 symptoms please reschedule your appointment.

  • There will be no waiting room chairs available and you will be required to wait in your car until the time of your appointment.

  • We will open and close all doors for you.

  • You will be asked to use hand sanitiser on arrival and departure.

  • The clinic, furniture and equipment will be cleaned prior to your arrival.

  • Michelle will be wearing PPE.

  • You will be sent  a consent form in advance of your appointment, please return this prior to your appointment.

  • Please bring your own water bottle. If you forget it, we can provide you with a glass straight from the dishwasher, which we will be touching with the new gloves we have put on for your session.

  • We ask you to wear a mask to your session. This will be compulsory . If you do not have a mask we can provide these at a cost of £1 per disposable mask. We would apricate if you could bring your own as PPE will be in short supply.

  • You may also wear gloves if you wish.

  • The toilet will be available with disposable paper for hand drying instead of a towel and the whole toilet area will be cleaned between clients. If you are unsure please ask.

  • Please do not attend your session if you are displaying any symptoms of Covid-19. Whilst we appreciate you informing Michelle as soon as possible we will waive the 24 hour cancellation policy to ensure these precautions are upheld.

  • Please take your temperature before you arrive and only attend if it is within normal ranges.

We are totally committed to supporting you fully, as always during this pandemic. We know our work is important, not only for physical health but also mental health and we want to ensure we can do this work at this crucial time. This policy is intended to keep all our clients and practitioners safe.

Please note that the above policy might change in line with future events, government guidelines but we will endeavour to keep you updated on these.
