Physiotherapy Led Pilates

Suitable for anyone looking to challenge and learn more about their body. Pilates helps you recover from & prevent future injuries, improve balance, posture and strength.

Tuesday evenings - 20:15  
Thursday evenings - 19:00

6 session block for - £65

All clients need to have had a 121 physiotherapy assessment prior to starting the course

Ladies Pelvic Pilates  

This class focuses on pelvic health and core recovery. Pregnant and postnatal women are welcome however, you do not need to have had a baby to benefit. Women who have had pelvic or abdominal surgery (including hysterectomy), female athletes that have pelvic pain, overactive pelvic floor and/or women with incontinence issues will also benefit. Core Flexibility Class

  Thursday evenings -  20:15

6 session block for - £65

All clients need to have had a 121 Women’s Health or Mummy MOT physiotherapy session prior to starting the course

Mum and Baby Pilates

Thursday mornings -  11:00

For mums and babies (that aren’t yet on the move!). This class focuses on Mums postnatal recovery - you will be guided through safe pilates strengthening and stretching exercises to help optimise recovery and avoid worsening of “tummy gap” or pelvic pain etc.

All clients need to have had a Mummy MOT physio assessment prior to starting the course
